Painted Sketch DP21
Painted wet on wet, alla prima, I took a little more refined approach than I did with the last painted sketch. As before a minimal palette of burnt umber, burnt sienna and cad orange was used with the paint applied quite thinly on purpose in parts so that the undertone of the support would contribute to the skins hue and give a natural translucency to the skin.
