'Duality of Mind' ponders the dual nature of one's consciousness and the often uncertain, constantly shifting times that we live in, that creates a feeling of dissonance and limbo as the self tries to navigate and find clarity in the infoxication that surrounds it. Harmony, wholeness and unity is strived for to shift the self towards new possibilities, focus and directions as this discordance is overcome.
Several elements were used to convey this concept, including that influenced by the abstract minimalist compositions of traditional Japanese & Chinese ink paintings using 'yohaku' blank spaces, and the ancient symbolism of circles and the number 7.
