What Shipping Carrier do you use and what is the estimated time for delivery?
Artwork will be shipped with Insured Expedited Shipping via FedEx, TNT or EMS Tracked Shipping which you can expect to arrive within approximately 3-6 days to most countries from the date it was posted, barring any delays due to customs clearance. Covered with basic insurance of 20 USD/kg or invoice value; whichever is lower.
How will I know when you have shipped my purchase?
I will update your tracking information on paypal and notify you via the email address you have provided, as soon as an artpiece has been shipped, so you will know when to expect your delivery.
How long after I purchase an art piece do you ship it?
Shipping usually occurs within 1- 2 business days of receipt of payment for original works (unless otherwise noted in description of artpiece) and 2-4 business days for 'printed on demand' giclee prints (Monday – Friday).
Please ensure your address, email and phone number you provide is accurate when making your purchase. All information will only be used to ensure smooth correspondence and delivery of your new art piece as we proceed with your purchase!
The phone number is important for the couriers reference and is usually required by them before a courier booking can be made. This insures smoother delivery as well!.. :)

Paper artworks will either be sent Flat Or Rolled, depending on the papers thickness / size and media used (for example soft pastel drawings will always be sent flat). Please check each artworks description for how it will be packaged.
